Forest Foraging Workshop

Join our bushcraft expert for a walk to find what food can be foraged in the Heart of England Forest. £35 pp.

Sunday 28th April. 10am-4pm.

Hurdle Making Workshop

Learn how to make hurdles from hazel harvested from the Forest – a traditional craft with origins in Neolithic times. Once you have learnt the skill you can make attractive and sustainable garden screens and fencing. £70 pp.

Thursday 16th May. 1pm-4pm.

Hand Carved Flower Making Workshop

Learn how to carve traditional, decorative ‘gypsy’ flowers, traditionally made by the travelling community. Carved from a single stem of willow, alder or hazel, they look fantastic in any home or garden. £35pp.

Bushcraft for Beginners Workshop

Join our survival expert for a day of fire lighting, shelter building and foraging in the Forest. £70pp.

Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th June.

Bushcraft Weekend

Supported by our survival expert, experience a weekend of wild camping deep in ancient woodland. Learn some bushcraft skills and make new friends. £175pp.

Landscape Photography Workshop

Learn the theory then go out in the forest to put your skills into practice, supported by our professional photographer. £70pp.

Wednesday 3rd July. 10am-4pm.

Forest Inspired Ceramics Workshop

Learn the 3 basic ceramic techniques – pinch pot, coil pot and slab pottery before making your own piece inspired by the Forest flora and fauna. Use colour to bring your piece to life. Your piece will be fired by the artist and will be ready for collection approximately 3 weeks later. £80pp including materials.

Macro Photography Workshop

Learn the theory then take outstanding pictures of bugs, wildflowers and the small things in the Forest, supported by our professional photographer. £70pp.
